Human Resources Manager
Location: McKinney, TX, 75069
Job Description:
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the human resources function for the organization. This includes but is not limited to:
- Recruiting and hiring new employees
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Managing employee relations and resolving conflicts
- Administering employee benefits programs
- Ensuring compliance with all federal and state employment laws
- Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees and managers
- Managing employee training and development programs
- Overseeing payroll and compensation programs
- Managing HRIS systems and data
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5 years of experience in Human Resources management
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
